In order to have student Web pages on Polytechnic's student server (utopia.poly.edu or kepler.poly.edu) and to have your name and home page listed on Polytechnic's WWW site, you agree to the following:

• Student pages must be consistent with the overall University Code of Conduct (2nd Edition) including, but not limited to, sections 7.4, 7.8, 7.12, 7.17, 7.18, 7.19, 7.25 and 7.27. Additional copies of the current edition of the Code of Conduct can be obtained from the Dept. of Student Development.

• Student pages must not contain material which is profane, obscene, or defamatory.

• Student pages must not contain material derogatory to Polytechnic University or any other school or university.

• Student pages cannot compromise the system security of a Polytechnic system or any other computer system by any means.

• Due to space limitations, student page storage is limited to your own student account and may have to be limited by Information Systems.

• Student pages cannot contain commercial advertising, but they may link to other Web providers carrying commercial advertising.

• Student home pages should not post copyrighted information without the written consent of the copyright holder.

Polytechnic University and the Information Systems Department reserve the right to remove any student pages in violation of this signed agreement. Severe violations can result in loss of computing privileges at Polytechnic University, academic discipline and/or notification of local and federal authorities.
